Do I have to pay shipping and handling costs for my order?
No, you will never pay additional shipping or handling costs for your orders! Any delivery fees are already covered in the point value listed in the reward catalog.

Where will my order be sent?
Merchandise will be delivered to the shipping address entered with the order. Please note that these rewards cannot be delivered to an address in another country and merchandise will only be shipped to a physical address. Electronic vouchers or eCertificate rewards will be sent to the redemption email address provided when the order was placed.

How long will it take to receive my order?
If you have not received your order by the estimated delivery time in your order confirmation email, be sure to check your spam folder for your order. If you are still unable to find your order, please contact support for assistance. We will always be happy to help! Contact Support

How do I return my order?
Reward orders are final. Merchandise can be returned or exchanged only if it is damaged or defective upon receipt. Please contact support within 48 hours of delivery if the item(s) received is damaged or defective. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and include any batteries, cables, remote controls, etc. The support team will provide instructions for returning the damaged item(s) and ship a replacement.

Cancelation Policy:
Order cancellations will be made only in the event that a product is no longer available or in the rare case that an order has not fulfilled yet.
