Customer Care Representative

Perks is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our Little Rock team. The Customer Care Representative reports directly to the Customer Care Manager, and is responsible for assisting and supporting in the satisfaction of the user and client..

Primary functions include:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Answer users, clients, and vendor inquiries within the SLA
  • Maintain good relationship with users/clients
  • Work closely with CC Manager & Account Managers
  • Responsible for researching user issues
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Other duties as assigned
